Website use
You agree to use ShareWorld Learning Center website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by this Policy & Agreement and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface that is provided by ShareWorld Learning Center, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of ShareWorld Learning Center. You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Policy & Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which ShareWorld Learning Center may suffer) of any such breach.
Promo Codes
ShareWorld Learning Center will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our Web site. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion flyers, presented on the ShareWorld Learning Center Web site or circulated at events and through other means.
Technical Support
ShareWorld Learning Center does not offer any sort of technical assistance through the Website. We offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations, provide technical support or sales advice via phone or in person at hour office location. Please contact us directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at ShareWorld Learning Center.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on holidays.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be placed in advance for future sessions for some products. After ordering, you can bring your order to our office location to finalize your enrollment for the order. You will be kept up-to-date via our Web site and through standard Order Status emails to your account.
Backorders
ShareWorld Learning Center does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item. An automated email will also be sent to your ShareWorld Learning Center to alert you of the situation.
Order status
ShareWorld Learning Center will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All information will be emailed to your ShareWorld Learning Center ID once your order has processed. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.
Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 256-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level of security.
Privacy
ShareWorld Learning Center respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from ShareWorld Learning Center are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.
Change Orders
You may request a change to your order at any time. Please call 1-408-446-1956 during ShareWorld Learning Center’s hours of operation to request a change to your order, and visit our office location to have your order change finalized in person. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance.
Product Reviews
ShareWorld Learning Center reads all reviews before posting them and reserves the right to deny any review.
Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be denied:
- Offensive or abusive language.
- Prices and availability can change very quickly on the ShareWorld Learning Center Web site, so please leave such information out of your review.
- Hyperlinks/URLs.
- References to other stores/resellers.
- Replies to existing customer reviews; please do not attempt to initiate discussions here.
- Comparisons to competing brands/products of competing brands.
- Criticism of ShareWorld Learning Center’s service or the service of our operations.
- Illegal content
- Invasions of personal privacy
- Pornography or obscenity
- Hate or incitement of violence, threats of harm or safety of a person
- Graphic violence or other acts resulting in serious injury or death

Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product ordered from ShareWorld Learning Center (“ShareWorld Learning Center”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and ShareWorld Learning Center agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and ShareWorld Learning Center. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from ShareWorld Learning Center.
Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use
ShareWorld Learning Center is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone.
Registration
In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important ShareWorld Learning Center services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.
Order
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, PayPal, and or bank information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information, and we do not distribute or share IP information with any third parties.
Testimonials
The testimonials section of the ShareWorld Learning Center website is for the purpose of sharing positive experiences. The testimonials section is moderated to ensure accurate and positive testimonials. Published testimonials are genuine and are not edited or altered by ShareWorld Learning Center. ShareWorld Learning Center reserves the right to post or remove any testimonial at its discretion.
By posting your comment(s) or testimonial(s) (“Testimonial”) on our website, you give us permission to reprint or use the Testimonial in connection with our business. You also are agreeing to the following: (1) The reprint or use of the Testimonial will be at our discretion and without compensation; (2) We may use the Testimonial with or without any pseudo (pen) name credit; (3) Our right to use the Testimonial is perpetual and may be assigned by us; (4) We may use the Testimonial locally, nationally or globally and such use may be made in any media, information or communication platform (including Internet advertising) currently in use or later developed; and (5) You and not someone else composed and posted the Testimonial.
Other than your pseudo (pen) name, which we may or may not use, your personal contact information will not be disclosed in connection with our reprint or use of your Testimonial.

Security
ShareWorld Learning Center takes precautions to protect its customers’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry – SSL. ShareWorld Learning Center uses the most advanced form of SSL software available: 256-bit encryption by Comodo.
All ShareWorld Learning Center servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations.
Correction/Updating/Reviewing Personal Information
Customers may change or review their stored account information such as street address or e-mail address through our website or visiting our office location in person. You must have your username and password in order to access your account. In the event you forget both your username and password, please contact our office for assistance.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If ShareWorld Learning Center no longer carries an item, or if that item is simply out of stock, ShareWorld Learning Center will issue you a refund.
Refunds and Cancellations
The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all enrollments in all Programs taking place in or with ShareWorld Learning Center (“ShareWorld” or “Center”).
- Cancellation/No Show Policy for Group Classes
If you are unable to attend class, please notify ShareWorld by phone at least 24 hours in advance. When a student misses class and fails to notify the front desk by phone or email in advance, no credit can be provided.
- Cancellation/No Show Policy for Private Tutoring
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for school or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you take up the teacher’s time and prevent him or her from meeting with other students. Conversely, the situation may arise where another student fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a class, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
If a private tutoring appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable fee equal to a 1/2 session. Credit may NOT be applied towards this fee. (Valium)
- Group Class Withdrawal Policy
- Tuition can be fully refunded if student withdraws from class and notifies the front desk at least fifteen (15) days before the start of the class.
- If student withdraws seven (7) or less days before the start of class, a $75.00 handling fee is charged and the remaining balance is refunded.
- After the start of the class, credit will be given based upon the number of sessions signed up for and the number of classes attended.
- Refunds
- Registration Fee: $50.00 fee is non-refundable.
- College Counseling: Because the college counselor begins doing research and spending time on your student immediately, no refund can be provided once contract is signed.
- Classes/Private Tutoring: Any cancellations can only be refunded by credit. A maximum of two (2) cancellations can be made for group classes after signing up.
- Refunded checks for cancellation(s) take about two (2) to three (3) weeks to process.
- Account Credit
Credit given due to cancellations or missed sessions will be effective for one (1) year from the date it was issued. To inquire about your available credit, please contact our office directly.
Enrollment Agreements:
To complete your enrollment, you are required to sign a ShareWorld Learning Center Liability Release Form and or any additional forms that is required at hour office location before the start of your class or session.
