Biography
Head College Admission Counselor
Dr. Yoshida obtained her Ph.D at UC Berkeley and through her experiences in the USA and Japan teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, including at UC Berkeley and University of San Francisco, she is familiar with what each college is looking for in its promising candidates. Dr. Yoshida has been assisting students to plan their path to their dream colleges, leading to successful admissions to top UCs and Ivy Leagues of well over 300 students at ShareWorld during the past 15 years. As the most experienced and successful counselor, she leads ShareWorld’s team of counselors, and in particular, she is very familiar with the UC system and its admission process. Dr. Yoshida has also done graduate coursework in counseling psychology in order to better serve her students and is a member of the American College Counseling Association.
