Classes are taught by the same skilled and experienced tutors you’d have in our in-person tutoring sessions.

Though ShareWorld offers a variety of excellent courses in multiple subject areas, sometimes attending a fixed class at a fixed time isn’t your best option. For those with busy schedules or are too far away to make the trip to ShareWorld, we are now offering online tutoring in any subject area that you may have difficulty with in school. No matter where you live or what your situation is, getting that extra help in school may be central to success on your college applications and later on in life.

Taking classes online through Zoom

For students who take tutoring classes online at ShareWorld, we offer class sessions through a video communications program called Zoom. You do not need to make an account to use Zoom. Taking your classes is a quick and easy process:

1. Before your class, open up a Zoom meeting that your tutor should provide you with (either enter in the URL or paste in the numbers at the end in the “Join a Meeting” page)
2. Download Zoom when the website prompts you to open the link.

You and your tutor should communicate beforehand to know what to expect in terms of scheduling and class setup (video, voice only, etc.). Be sure to make a bit of extra time before your first tutoring class to test things out and make sure there won’t be any technical problems cutting into class time.
