Algebra II + Trigonometry

Course Description: This course complements and expands the mathematical content and concepts of Algebra I and Geometry. Topics include: systems of equations, quadratic, logarithmic and exponential functions, the complex number system, arithmetic and geometric sequences and series, and conic sections. A graphing calculator such as the TI-83+ is recommended; at least a scientific calculator is required.
Prerequisite: Students taking this course should have completed both Algebra I and Geometry. Students are required to do the homework and to pre study assigned sections before the classes.
